CDM Smith acquires Bioscope Environmental Consulting

Bioscope Environmental Consulting from Perth, Western Australia, has been officially part of the CDM Smith team since 11 November 2019. With their numerous services, they will complement the CDM Smith portfolio, especially in the mining sector.

Founded in 2009, Bioscope Environmental has since offered a wide range of environmental and social services in the mining, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Bioscope operates globally and has a broad portfolio of technical and other services ranging from feasibility studies to operations to site closure and beyond. Bioscope Environmental was officially acquired by CDM Smith in mid-November 2019 and will expand our capabilities in the future.
