CDM Smith donated $50,000 to three charities as part of the firm's Employee Wellness Program and commitment to giving back. A $25,000 donation was made to The Water Project, and a $15,000 and $10,000 donation was made respectively to Give Kids The World Village and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The Water Project
The Water Project provides access to clean water and proper sanitation for communities in sub-Saharan Africa. The organization helps communities gain access to clean, safe water by providing training, expertise and financial support for water project construction. CDM Smith employees’ $25,000 donation will contribute to their mission to end the global water crisis.
Give Kids The World Village
Give Kids The World Village is an 89-acre, nonprofit “storybook” resort in Central Florida that provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families. CDM Smith’s donation of $15,000 will support the organization’s mission to give families the opportunity to make precious memories away from hospitals and kids the chance to experience the simple joys of childhood.
National Multiple Sclerosis Society
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is the leading resource for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) research, education and support. The organization is dedicated to supporting individuals affected by MS and their families, and funds research to find a cure for the disease. CDM Smith’s donation of $10,000 will support its advocacy, educational programs and research efforts to improve the lives of those with the disease.
CDM Smith’s Wellness Program rewards employees and their dependents for healthy behaviors and accomplishments with the goal of a more vibrant, engaged and resilient workforce. Participants earn wellness points that the firm converts into dollars to donate to charities chosen by CDM Smith’s Executive Leadership Team and by employee vote. Since the Wellness Program began in 2017, employee participation has resulted in more than $1.65 million in donations to 89 charities.
