Cafferty has built and led multiple global recruiting organizations throughout her career. She has partnered closely with executive leadership teams to improve recruiting performance, strengthen workforce planning capabilities, implement talent acquisition technologies and develop high-performing sourcing functions for recruiting. Cafferty’s extensive HR leadership experience aligns with our vision of a more proactive, scalable, data-driven and technology-enabled recruiting function that delivers a stronger experience for both candidates and hiring managers while improving workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
