Previously, Feek was a program manager and assistant director of planning and programming for the Arizona Department of Transportation’s (ADOT) Multimodal Planning Division. In that role, he scoped and managed the ADOT statewide long-range transportation plan, “What Moves You Arizona,” to address statewide, diverse urban and rural transportation needs. Feek also spent several years as a principal transportation planner for the city of Phoenix, Arizona, where he developed and managed delivery of major streets and mobility improvements as part of the Phoenix Street Transportation Department Transportation 2050 initiative, a voter-approved initiative expanding investment in street and transit improvements through 2050. Feek brings extensive experience, as he led the development and delivery of performance-based planning, programming, management consulting, project development and delivery initiatives for clients including the Texas Department of Transportation; Arizona Department of Transportation; Maricopa Association of Governments; City and County of Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure; Napa Valley Transportation Authority; City of Long Beach, City of Phoenix; Southeast Naval Facilities Command; and various MPOs throughout Arizona and California.

Feek has a bachelor’s degree in regional development from the University of Arizona and he is an excellent addition to the firm.
