CDM Smith Supports Navy Seal Foundation and Coalition for the Homeless of Houston through Employee Wellness Program Donations
BOSTON – CDM Smith donated $50,000 to two charities as part of the firm’s Employee Wellness Program and commitment to giving back. A $25,000 donation was made respectively to the Navy Seal Foundation and the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County

Navy SEAL Foundation
The Navy SEAL Foundation provides critical support for the warriors, veterans and families of Naval Special Warfare. The foundation runs more than thirty comprehensive programs to support active warriors, assist them in transitioning to the civilian sector and help their families every step of the way. CDM Smith employees’ $25,000 donation will contribute to vital resources and care.
Coalition for the homeless of houston/harris county
The Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County (CFTH) works to move people experiencing homelessness into permanent housing with supportive services. CFTH supports dozens of direct service providers who work directly with people experiencing homelessness by managing coordination and planning efforts. CDM Smith’s donation of $25,000 will support the ongoing development and advocacy of community strategies to solve homelessness.
CDM Smith’s Wellness Program rewards employees and their dependents for healthy behaviors and accomplishments with the goal of a more vibrant, engaged and resilient workforce. Participants earn wellness points that the firm converts into dollars to donate to charities chosen by CDM Smith’s Executive Leadership Team and by employee vote. Since the Wellness Program began in 2017, employee participation has resulted in more than $1.6 million in charitable donations.
