Sean has over a decade of experience serving as a construction manager and resident engineer working with various design and construction projects.
Since starting with CDM Smith in October 2018, he has managed a few key roles on various projects, including monitoring project budgets, drafting change orders of various disciplines, performing onsite inspections, and drafting technical approaches and schedules for proposals. His projects at the firm specifically include the use of e-Builder for management of correspondence, submittals, RFIs and inspector daily reports.
For one of Sean's most notable projects, the City of Newark's Lead Service Line Replacement Program, he's responsible for managing inspectors and office staff, addressing homeowner questions and concerns, troubleshooting field issues and ensuring each service is installed in accordance with the contract documents. He is the first point of contact for both the client and contractor and is responsible for leading project meetings.
