Justin Feek
Justin has extensive public and private sector transportation planning experience at state, county, and city levels of government in multiple states. His experience working directly with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), councils of governments (COG)s and metropolitan planning organization (MPO) processes has provided him a diverse understanding of procurement, transportation planning, project scoping, stakeholder outreach, transportation system data analysis, and public outreach practices.

In his role, Justin focuses on showcasing CDM Smith’s planning work in the marketplace, partnering with client service teams on key planning opportunities, and engaging in priority projects to expand the firm’s long-range transportation planning services and grow its planning practice. With his focus area in long-range transportation planning, Feek enjoys, “understanding the unique natural and social opportunities and constraints facing communities and working to improve the quality of life and transportation choices for people of all walks of life.”
