CDM Smith Scholarship Program
To inspire the next generation of industry innovators, CDM Smith has established a scholarship program in partnership with Scholarship America to assist college students pursuing an eligible STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) program on focused majors.

Eligibility and Details
Every Year, CDM Smith awards eight scholarships in the amount of $7,500 each. In addition to merit based awards, the following diversity categories are recognized:
- Diversity: CDM Smith offers two awards to promote diversity within the STEM field for historically marginalized communities and women.
- Economic: CDM Smith offers two awards for individuals facing hardships that might impact their STEM education.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrolled in or entering an eligible STEM undergraduate or graduate program (engineering programs must be ABET Accredited) with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
Our 2023 Vocational-Technical Scholarship Recipients
CDM Smith offers scholarships for students pursuing eligible undergraduate programs at accredited two-year colleges or vocational-technical schools to encourage the next generation of leaders in fields like Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation and Controls, Cybersecurity and other similar disciplines.
