Why CDM Smith? Because I see a variety of application and development opportunities in this company.
What inspires you? The implementation of an elaborated solution, the exchange within the team and a positive feedback.
What feedback from your customer has spurred you on the most? Within the international cooperation, you encounters many different cultures. Perception, communication and behaviors can vary widely. The moment when you realize that the working environment is relaxing and an open and welcoming atmosphere is created is the most motivating feedback for me.
What's your tip for young engineers? Exchange ideas with your colleagues, dare to ask questions and offer yourself!
