Geotechnical Field Investigations for Reliable Ground Data

Geotechnical field investigations provide the essential ground data required for the safe design, assessment and delivery of construction projects. Using boreholes, probing, sampling and in situ testing, we assess the ground profile, soil density and bearing capacity, as well as the hydraulic and thermal properties of the subsurface directly on site.

Our experts plan and coordinate the investigation programme, carry out exploratory works and on-site-measurements, and collect representative samples for laboratory analysis. This enables us to provide coordinated field and laboratory services throughout the investigation process.

The results form the basis for geotechnical investigation reports, infiltration assessments, geotechnical evaluations and well-informed design and construction decisions.
