Timothy B. Wall

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Tim began his career at CDM Smith as a co-op and now has more than 30 years of experience leading multiple business units and advancing solutions to some of the world’s most complex environmental and infrastructure challenges.

Anthony B. Bouchard

President and Chief Operating Officer

Tony directs global operations and strategy execution, bringing strong leadership in smart growth, sales and delivery, risk management, acquisition integration and firmwide profitability.
