Walid Naouchi, PC, CCM, CQM, BCEE
Walid Nauouchi is a senior construction manager with 35 years of experience across the public and private sectors, specializing in construction management, project management, civil engineering, design-build, and quality management. Walid has delivered complex, high-value projects in the United States and internationally in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Prior to joining CDM Smith, Walid successfully delivered projects for a diverse range of clients, including water districts and the federal government. Notably, Walid managed the field construction and quality assurance at the Rinconada Water Treatment Plant for the Santa Clara Valley Water District in Los Gatos, California, and he oversaw the replacement and significant upgrade of major plant components to increase the capacity to 100 MGD.

I am passionate about my profession and the ability to develop and grow my leadership scale, while committing to deliver long-lasting infrastructure projects for the communities and the clients," he says.
Walid has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in civil engineering from California State Long Beach. He is involved in many professional organizations, like the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Project Management Institute, and the Construction Management Association of America.
