Derek Ladd

Derek Ladd brings 15 years of experience supporting federal, state, and local agencies in risk management, cost estimating, and risk modeling. His expertise spans all phases of project development, from planning and design to implementation.  

Throughout his career, Derek has served as the risk manager on a diverse range of infrastructure projects, including bridge improvements, interstate widening, design-build water treatment facilities, large-scale conveyance pipeline construction, infrastructure planning, and mining operations. He collaborates with both large and small project teams across the U.S. and internationally, consistently delivering work on time and within budget.
