Colleen Jost is a professional engineer specializing in roadway improvement design. She has delivered transportation engineering services for CTDOT, MDOT, MASSDOT, RIDOT, and numerous local municipalities and regional planning organizations.

She has managed numerous roadway design projects and corridor studies, with expertise in traffic maintenance and protection, highway modeling, plan production, cost estimating, and preparing special provisions. Colleen also excels in Civil 3D design, developing digital models to visualize and optimize project elements.
