Resilient and Sustainable Life Cycle Solutions for Infrastructure

This course will present consid­er­a­tions for risk assessment and resilience for various water resource infra­struc­ture including stormwater, coastal, ecosystems, water and wastewater treatment, and trans­porta­tion systems. Presenters will share case studies of and approaches to analysis methods, mitigation and adaptation measures, and cost-effec­tive­ness.

An under­stand­ing of the potential for changes to design storms due to climate change is critical to more sustainable flood management in urban and riverine envi­ron­ments.
