First and foremost, the health and safety of our staff, clients and communities are our top priority. We have listened to the advice of the experts and have implemented mandatory work-at-home requirements for all office staff, applied travel restrictions and provided guidelines regarding social distancing. And we are asking every employee to exercise vigilance in personal activities, follow all client and partner recommended health and safety procedures at their offices or on job sites, comply with all government issued policies, and take appropriate work and personal related risk reduction measures. We will continue to closely monitor the evolving situation and the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and government officials and experts, and will adjust our approach and guidance as appropriate.
Meanwhile, our collective mission remains unchanged: to successfully complete projects that provide strong and resilient infrastructure and a sustainable and healthy natural environment for our communities. In addition to being vitally important to the global recovery from this pandemic, continuing this work may be the only sense of normalcy we have for the near term. As we have taken the responsible step to have all office staff work remotely, we have the technology, systems and processes in place – including the implementation of our 2nd generation network and cloud environment – which have prepared us for this unprecedented global situation and safeguarded our ability to serve and deliver. Our state-of-the-art platforms combined with the strength of our preparedness and response plans along with the dedication and passion of our staff give us complete confidence that we will continue to provide the personal and technical excellence that is our hallmark.
