CDM Smith Celebrates Employee Growth through Technical Specialist Development Program
BOSTON – On April 23, 2019, CDM Smith leadership and participants of the Technical Specialist Development Program (TSDP) convened at our Boston headquarters to celebrate the graduating class and welcome a new class into the program. The TSDP is part of CDM Smith’s sustained investment in developing and growing our technical expertise within the firm. Established in 2012, the program is one of our unique tools creating inspired and empowered professionals, and is aligned with our mission to deliver excellence through innovative technical solutions, cutting-edge research and professional leadership in the industry.
The TSDP is a two-year program directed by Senior Vice President and Director of Technical Advancement Susan Crawford, PE, BCEE, that assists our technical professionals in advancing their careers using a rigorous process that includes a formal mentoring partnership and a detailed career development plan. Participants are expected to grow their technical expertise, increase technical luminescence, improve networking and market their specific technical specialty to support our business and technical supremacy in the market place.
