Bill leverages his 20+ years of technical and management experience through research, analysis, planning and implementation to bridge the gap between future water supply options and their related economic implications.

He has extensive experience in performing water modeling for a simulation of groundwater flow and contaminant support, optimization of water supply systems including reservoirs, and stormwater and sewer systems.

Bill’s proudest accomplishments center around building programs that successfully address potential threats and utilize multidisciplinary teams to develop potential solutions. “It’s always amazing to work with clients on long-term water resources planning projects that may have to contend with significant uncertainty, but still be able to develop a plan that includes actionable strategies, and have those strategies result in constructed facilities, updated client processes or implemented studies,” he says.
