Our team have undertaken a variety of housing-related studies, including covering topics such as diversity and affordability, resident and visitor accommodation, aged housing and residential aged care, and identifying areas for new residential land.
These studies have been undertaken in a variety of contexts such as for whole urban and regional local government areas, transit-oriented developments in urban infill areas, small lot housing estates, and small and regional towns.
They have also been involved in the development of housing strategies for large scale energy projects where construction workforces are expected to influence local housing markets.
CDM Smith partners with our in-house economics and data analytics teams where required to bring additional data analysis and economic modelling capabilities to these projects.
