BOSTON—In alignment with its commitment to sustainable growth, leading edge technical solutions and exceptional client service, CDM Smith is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bioscope Environmental. Based in Perth, Western Australia, Bioscope Environmental is a leader in mine life management, providing project lifecycle services from early approvals through to post closure relinquishment and environmental monitoring.

As of November 11, 2019, Bioscope Environmental will assume the CDM Smith name and will relocate to the current CDM Smith Perth office joining more than 5,000 employees in 125 offices worldwide, including Australian locations in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin.
