Matt Webb Joins CDM Smith's Transportation Team in Michigan
LANSING, Michigan—CDM Smith is pleased to announce that Matt Webb, AICP, has joined the firm as an associate and client service leader, based in Lansing, Michigan. Webb will support transportation clients in Michigan and will contribute to the firm's transportation growth initiatives.
Webb brings more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary transportation planning and program management services, including highway, rail and transit. He has both public and private experience, having delivered projects for the Michigan Department of Transportation, the Regional Transit Authority of Southeast Michigan and other private/non-profit clients across the state.
Throughout his career, Webb has worked on many significant projects, including the award-winning, QLine Streetcar line in Detroit, Michigan, a public-private partnership project for which he served as the lead program manager of a multidisciplinary team through the planning, design, construction oversight, safety, security certification and pre-revenue phases. Other significant projects he has led include the Blue Water Bridge Plaza Expansion Record of Decision in Port Huron, Michigan, and the development of the current Regional Master Transit Plan for Detroit, Macomb County, Oakland County, Washtenaw County and Wayne County.
